Part-time job as a sales associate and receptionist in Gothenburg!

At Retail Staffing, we are now looking for more consultants for our staffing pools in Gothenburg. You will work extra as needed, both as a sales associate in one of our staffing pools for Lindex, Hemtex, or MQ's various stores in the Gothenburg area and also as a receptionist for one of our clients in the retail sector in central Gothenburg.

The assignments will vary in scope, and we are primarily looking for someone who wants and can work in both roles, as there is a need in both the store and reception.

The work as a sales associate means that you meet customers on the shop floor and work with personal sales, assist in fitting rooms, handle cash, stock, and product placement, and contribute to a high level of service and a positive store environment.

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world. You greet visitors, answer phones and emails, manage bookings, and provide service to both employees and guests. The role requires you to be structured, service-oriented, and enjoy having multiple points of contact while working at a fast pace.

Important information:

To be eligible for the position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation for at least a year ahead
• Has previous experience in personal sales within retail
• Has previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility to also work evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can step in at short notice
• Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different workplaces
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Has completed upper secondary education
